Store your documents on Kartina®'s cloud server.
1. Check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and viewing 'My Dashboard'. You can retrieve your documents by clicking on 'View Order'.

2. In 'My Orders' page you will see your latest order and its status. Here you can also check all documents associated with your 'Veiwed Order'.
3. Subscribe to RSS Feeds  to get automatic status updates of your order(s). You can also reorder the product(s) again, or print the order details for your own records.
4. By clicking on 'Track your order' you will be able to view the Shipment Number, Tracking Number, Carrier, and any other additional information associated with your shipment.
5. You can choose to view and track all shipments, or print the shipment details for your own records.

6. Check your Gift Coupon balance from your Dashboard at any time. You will require your Coupon Code and your PIN to view the balance and expiry date of your Coupon.

7. Downloadable Products (such as Artwork Quotations) can be viewed by clicking on 'My Downloadable Products' tab in your Dashboard. Here you can check the status and download limit of each individual Downloadable Product. Select the product name (in the 'Title' column) to download it.
